Ivan Shatford
Director
Having managed over 20 cafes, bars and hotels, as well as three small hotel groups, over a career spanning from 1980, Ivan is well placed to manage a team that will deliver on all your catering needs.
Positions of interest he has held include General Manager of Catering at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, and Chief Executive of TGI Fridays New Zealand and Coyote Holdings.
Ivan also has experience in Tourism Marketing, IT, and Property Management and Development.
